All payments are processed securely. Access to paid courses is provided after successful payment confirmation.

4. Course Access Timing

We are committed to providing course access as quickly as possible. Since payment verification is done manually, access is usually granted within 1 to 4 hours during office hours (10 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week).
If you purchase a course after 9 PM, access will be provided the next day.

5. Content Use

All course materials, including videos, text, and visuals, are the property of BDHRM Academy. Reproduction, sharing, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Downtime & Technical Issues

We aim to minimize downtime to ensure the best customer experience. However, technical issues or scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions, for which BDHRM Academy will not be responsible.

7. Limitation of Liability

BDHRM Academy is not liable for any technical interruptions, data loss, or outcomes related to the use of our services. Learning outcomes depend on each learner’s individual effort.
