How can I enroll in a course?

Simply visit our website, browse the available courses, and click “Enroll Now” or “Buy Now”. Once payment is completed, you’ll receive access within a few hours (during office hours).

We manually verify each payment for security reasons. Access is usually granted within 1–4 hours during office hours (10 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week). Purchases made after 9 PM are activated the next day during working hours. 

If you encounter any access issues, please contact us immediately at info@bdhrmacademy.com. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds are only available in cases of duplicate payments. Though we ensure quality of course with ultimate care, we encourage learners to review course details, curriculum, and previews before purchasing to ensure the course meets their expectations.

Unless otherwise mentioned, you’ll have 1-year access to your purchased course, including any future updates or added lessons released during that period.

Yes, after successfully completing a course, you’ll receive a digital certificate of completion from BDHRM Academy.

Yes, all our courses are fully responsive and can be accessed through mobile, tablet, or desktop.
